Timbercrest Home Improvements offers a full 1 year warranty on materials and up to a 5 year labor warranty on all of its exterior and interior work. We offer a full manufacturer’s warranty on all parts installed. Do not let companies fool you by offering a lifetime warranty. The reality is that many of these companies will be out of business long before the “lifetime warranty” expires, leaving the homeowner with no warranty at all.
Time, Cost, and Quality should be written into every contract. They are the essentials of a well written contract. They all should relate to each other and that’s how you can determine what to expect from your contractor. If a contractor does not include these three items, do yourself a favor and choose a new contractor. Timbercrest ensures that your house will never have a lien placed on it. At Timbercrest, we do not fraud ourselves by using your contract dollars on other projects. We require all sub-contractors to complete a subcontract agreement and a full unconditional waiver before paying them.
